Our client, Japanese Company, is now seeking a high caliber individual to join their team asShop Supervisor (Jewelry Industry)

Job Descriptions:

• Manage daily shop operations, such as keeping track of inventory, handling customer questions and complaints, and maintaining store appearance.
• Boost sales by offering great customer service and attracting new customers.
• Lead by example and be a role model for the team.
• Encourage and motivate team members, helping them to grow and improve.

Requirements:

• Over 2 years of sales experience in the luxury retail industry
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required
• Strong communication and presentation skills
