Shop Manager / Assistant Shop Manager (店舖經理 / 助理店舖經理)

Job Description:

• Support the Senior Management in overall direction and strategic objectives.
• Work closely with Merchandising Team & Marketing Team for implementation of the promotion initiatives;
• Responsible for the daily operation of the store including serving customer, cashier, food packing and stock replenishment etc;
• Manage visual merchandizing and product display;
• Lead and motivate the store team to acquire, build and maintain key customers
• Maintain high standards for customer service and ensure that they are consistently met.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor insights to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

工作內容:

• 協助管理層實施不同策略及目標方針
• 與採購團隊和行銷團隊緊密合作，進行促銷活動之推廣
• 負責處理店舖之日常運營工作，包括接待顧客、收銀、食品包裝、庫存補貨等
• 管理貨品展示方式之設計及安排
• 領導和鼓勵店舖團隊拓展顧客群和建立顧客關係
• 提供卓越客戶服務
• 收集並分析客戶回饋、市場趨勢和競爭對手之資訊及數據，以便作出改進和引領創新

Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in FMCG industry and with solid experience in managing a shop.
• Proficient in customer engagement & services is essential
• Pleasant, service-oriented with professional attitude
• Experience with new CRM initiatives, membership scheme and system development is definitely an advantage;
• Highly motivated individual with strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Reliable & detail-oriented with positive working attitude.
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Shop Manager

• 具處理新建立之客戶關係管理系統、會員計劃和系統開發之經驗者優先
• 積極進取，並具良好溝通技巧
• 可靠，細心，具積極正面之工作態度
• 經驗較少者可被考慮為助理店舖經理
