I |  Position: Shop Assistant (Full-time/Part-time)
 

• Location: Causeway Bay/ Central Market/ Kennedy Town

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand and products to the customers
• Provide and maintain excellent customer service & relationship and a pleasant shopping environment consistent with brand image 
• Assist in handling daily operation
    i. Greet customers and help with their zero waste shopping 
    ii. Maintain a clean, food safe, and organised working environment 
    iii. Open / close the store iv. Manage inventory / assist with deliveries 
    vi. Educate on the environment / zero waste movement Requirements
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese 
• Passionate in promoting zero waste lifestyle
• Knowledge / interest in health foods / package-free / eco-conscious living 
• Knowledge in the vegetarian / vegan product is a plus
• Minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience in Retail / Food and Beverage Industry (Fresh Graduates will also be considered)
• Good customer service skills with a pleasant, positive and outgoing personality
• Willing to work on weekends, shift duties & flexible hours
• Willing to work in different store locations on need basis
