A growing Garment Trading Company is looking for Shipping Officer
Qualifications & experience
- Form 5 graduate or above
- 2 years plus experience in shipping
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Motivated and good communication skills
- PC skills in MS Office, excel and Chinese word processing
- Diligent, hard work, independent and reliable
Tasks & responsibilities
- Handling full set of Import / Export documents (Experience with South America, Brazil, Mexico, Middle East & USA documents preferable.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders/ shipping co and vendors for shipment arrangements.
- Coordinate with Merchandisers to assure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare shipment related documents.
