Job Description

As a Service Delivery Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and overseeing the delivery of services.


Responsibilities:

- Provide remote technical support and training for PCs, Macs, printers, and video conferencing systems

- Manage hardware/software inventory, oversee system life cycles, and coordinate vendor contracts

- Administer accounts and resources via Active Directory; support cloud solutions such as Microsoft Office 365 and Azure

- Apply networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) to troubleshoot and resolve issues

- Deliver incident support, change management, and end-user troubleshooting for applications and hardware

- Perform VIP and ad-hoc tasks as assigned, ensuring accurate logging in the ticketing system

- Collaborate with team leaders to address service-related issues, reduce costs, and maintain customer satisfaction


Requirements:

- 1–3 years of IT experience (desktop support experience is a plus)

- Fresh graduates welcome with strong willingness to learn and adapt

- Ability to work independently and within a team in a dynamic environment

- Flexibility to work occasional weekends or outside business hours

- Certification in IT (Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL) is a plus

- Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English
