Job Responsibilities:

•  Plan, develop, maintain, and optimize the company’s internal customer management systems

•  Integrate core business processes, including HR, sales, inventory, finance, customer management, and production, to enhance operational efficiency and data analytics capabilities

1. System Development & Integration

•  Lead the development of internal customer management systems, overseeing frontend and backend development teams

•  Manage system maintenance, upgrades, and seamless integration with existing customer management platforms

•  Ensure real-time data connectivity with current systems (e.g., financial software, store reservation systems, customer databases)

•  Conduct in-depth analysis of internal business needs, identify workflow gaps, and design effective IT system architecture and implementation plans

2. System Management & Maintenance

•  Perform regular system testing, deployment, daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization

•  Build and enhance internal customer databases, supporting the design of intelligent forecasting and inventory matching functions

•  Generate insightful business reports (e.g., sales performance, inventory forecasting, customer consumption analysis) to support management decision-making

•  Ensure the security, accuracy, and integrity of business data

3. Training & Support

•  Provide system operation training to users and develop user manuals

•  Respond promptly to staff inquiries regarding system usage, offering technical support

•  Drive the development of intelligent system capabilities within teams and assist in team performance evaluations

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Engineering, or related fields
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in team management and collaboration
3. At least 2 years of experience in system development and integration, with demonstrated proficiency in integrating WeChat Mini Programs, payment gateways, and third-party logistics systems; must have independently led or served as a key contributor in developing at least 2 medium-to-large-scale enterprise internal customer management systems from the ground up
4. Proficient in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Java, Python, PHP, .NET) and familiar with commonly used development frameworks
5. Fluent in Mandarin, with basic proficiency in Cantonese or English
6. Strong self-management abilities, resilience under pressure, and excellent project management and coordination skills
7. Prior experience in system development for the beauty, retail, or chain store industries is highly preferred (with understanding of business logic including inventory management, membership systems, reservation systems, and commission structures
