Senior/Solution Manager

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and promote product solutions during customer engagement. Assist in identifying, addressing, and cultivating sales leads and opportunities.

• Understand the business requirements of clients and propose solutions involving networking, internet, SD-WAN, data centers, and more to customers and global partners.

• Approach customers with confidence and address all their technical issues.

• Provide project solution design, deployment planning, business model support, and budget formulation. Prepare presentations, demonstrations, and solution proposals during the pre-sales stage.

• Participate in trade shows and events, responsible for interfacing with customers and promoting products.

• Support ongoing product management activities, such as gathering customer and market intelligence, analyzing product performance, and identifying optimization opportunities for Networks, PTP, SD-WAN, IP, Router, and other product components.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, the competitive landscape, and technological advancements to continuously enhance the product solutions.
   

Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines;

• Min 8 years of relevant working experience in Telecommunication industry is a MUST ;

• Familiar with Networking/ PTP/ SD-WAN/ MPLS/ IP/ Router;

• Experience and knowledge in China internet connectivity and telecom network infrastructure is a plus;

• Excellent written and verbal English proficiency, with the ability to communicate and present effectively in professional settings
