Senior / Sales Executive - Maintenance (Sales) Division (Ref: SSE/MTS)

Responsibilities:

• Handle maintenance agreement renewals through proposals & negotiations
• Administer tender procedures, including documentation, submission and interviews for contract awards
• Liaisie with clients & inter-divisions for sales target achievement
• Achieve sales growth in services repair business through a combination of the up-selling and cross selling of our existing customer base
• Liaise with client for Repair Sales to achieve sales target
• Follow up on customer-related administration, including reports, payment monitoring and complaint handling
• Work closely with the client and maintain good Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Other relevant sales promotional activities such as client visits seminars & presentations

 Requirements:

• Holder of Higher Diploma or above in Business / Marketing / Science or relevant subjects
• 2 years or above relevant working experience in Sales, Marketing or Customer Services, experience in lift industry is definitely an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, independent and self-motivated

*Fresh graduates will be consideration for the junior position
