Senior Sales Executive - HK Island

Job Responsibilities:

• Serves customers by helping them select products
• Provides wonderful store environment for customer to have great shopping experience
• Job Duties:
• Welcomes customers all the time (greeting them and offering them assistance)
• Advises customers by providing information on products
• Gives suggestions and opinions as always in order to building customer confidence
• Keeps long-term customers in friendly way
• Able to reach POS system and processes payments
• Conducts with internal staff by emailing (senior can also conduct with brands)
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Assists to hold party/event/press/pop-up in store

Skills and Qualifications:

• Form 6 or DSE above; degree / diploma holder is preferred
• 1 year relevant working experience in related retail store is preferred
• Listening, people skills, verbal communication, dependability, flexibility, multi- tasked
• Good in spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Simple company works (word, excel)
• Team player
