Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing the residential properties managed by the Corporation
  • Assist to manage the performance of contractor to provide quality services
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to provide smooth operation in daily management
  • Handle enquiries and complaints from residents, prepare annual budgets, organise and attend meetings of the Owners' Committees / Owners' Corporation
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Possess a degree in Property Management or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in property management.
  • Well-versed in the Building Management Ordinance (Cap. 344).
  • Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated approach. Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Property Officer.
