Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing the residential properties managed by the Corporation
- Assist to manage the performance of contractor to provide quality services
- Liaise with internal and external parties to provide smooth operation in daily management
- Handle enquiries and complaints from residents, prepare annual budgets, organise and attend meetings of the Owners' Committees / Owners' Corporation
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess a degree in Property Management or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in property management.
- Well-versed in the Building Management Ordinance (Cap. 344).
- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Proficient in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated approach. Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Property Officer.
