Job Description:

  • Responsible for all rounded supervision on property management, facility management, manpower development and communication with members of IO/OC.
  • To handle emergency incidents, customer enquiries and complaints

Job Requirement:

  • Degree or Diploma holder of Property Management or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework;
  • Holder of PMP (Tier 2) licence;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in property management of which at least 2 years in supervisory capacity;
  • Well versed in Building Management Ordinance, especially in relating to the structure of the organization of Owners Incorporation;
  • Customer-oriented and good communication skills;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Able to work independently and under pressure;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred;

Remuneration will be in commensurate with qualifications and experience.
