F.5 or above preferably with Property Management Practitioner License
2 yrs’ working experience, those with less experience will be considered as Asst Property Officer
Experience in TPS estates work is an advantage
Follow the Complaints and Emergency Calls from Owners/Tenants
Supervise and monitor the Security and Cleansing Services
Assist in preparing IO Meetings and activities
Assist in tender documents preparation, general clerical work
