Job Description

Legend Interiors Limited is the leading interior fit-out specialist in Asia.  Found and headquartered in Hong Kong since 1988, our clientele includes some of the world’s most renowned brands in retail, hospitality, residential and commercial space. With global offices in Hong Kong, Macau, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Dongguan (Factory), Sydney, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok and Ho Chi Minh City, we are looking for high calibre candidates to join our HK team located in Kowloon Bay.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage assigned projects, ensuring progress, quality, cost, and client relations.

  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

  • Manage all aspects of fit-out projects from planning to completion.

  • Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and provide updates to clients and management.

  • Ensure compliance with regulations, safety, and industry standards.

  • Willingness to work overtime and manage multiple tasks.

  • Develop project plans with timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management.

  • Liaise with architects, designers, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and vendors for successful project delivery.

  • Monitor adherence to quality standards and deadlines.

  • Manage budgets effectively and identify cost-saving opportunities.

  • Resolve issues or delays efficiently, maintaining strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

  • Report to Director

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Building Service Studies, Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

  • Minimum 8 years of project management experience in high-end fit-out projects.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaising.

  • Good leadership and management abilities.

  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project preferred.

  • Proven track record of delivering fit-out projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
