Senior Operation Manager (E & M)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full range of support to management in overall monitoring and management of building and infrastructure projects, including E&M design, administration, planning and project management

• Review of designs, specifications and documents, as well as supervising the workmanship for building services installation

• Liaise and collaborate with consultants, government bodies and various parties to achieve development objectives on building services, E & M works and FSD inspections etc.

• Plan, monitor and control the work progress and site safety in accordance with the statutory requirements

• Handle project management and attend project meetings

Requirements–Qualification

• Holder of Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services or equivalent; CEng or REW C/H certification status is an advantage

• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience, within which 5 years of experience are at supervisory or management role

• Prior experience in CLP project and HV aspects is preferred

• Good experience in E&M project coordination including preparing drawings and document submissions, monitor site progress and update project programs. Excellent leadership to ensure the project meeting the deadline

• Hard working and able to work under pressure

• Knowledge in MS Office (English & Chinese), Auto-Cad and MS Project
