What you'll be doing...…

• Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, factories, vendors, and overseas clients to manage and optimize order and production schedules.
• Monitor overall factory performance and ensure efficient utilization of assets.
• Assist in maximizing inventory capacity and production priority through effective merchandising techniques.
• Coordinate production schedules, including travelling to China and overseas factories as required.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the merchandising flow from development to bulk shipment.
• Drive production efficiency, reduce lead times, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure adherence to factory and quality compliance standards.
• Oversee plant costs and budgets, conduct analysis.

What we're looking for....

• F.5 or above with at least 3 years in manufacturing industry
• Responsible and organized, able to work under tight schedules
• Great communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills to deal with clients and factories
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify key insights.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and XLOOKUP.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Frequent travel to China is required
