Senior Merchandiser / Merchandiser (VMT)

Responsibilities:

• Source of all kinds of seasonal / novelty items
• Liaise with suppliers, factories and internal parties such as Sales Department and Design Department in performing various of sourcing activities
• Take part in sourcing projects including searching of new suppliers and conducting factory visits
• Provide ad hoc support to the team
• Travel to PRC

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any diciplines
• 5 years relevant working experience in Merchandising/ Trading Industry
• Experience in sourcing products / product development for US customers
• Good knowledge in different materials including ceramic, resin, glass, Polynesian etc
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English including Mandarin
• Well organized, self-motivated and willing to take challenges
• strong problem-solving skills and able to meet deadlines
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as “Senior Merchandiser”
