Senior Merchandiser / Merchandiser (Lighting)

The Role:
We’re seeking a Senior Merchandiser / Merchandiserto join our Hong Kong team., the ideal candidate will:

• Manage order execution and cross-functional coordination, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Have strong communication,team management, and cross-team collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Management: Oversee daily order processing with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery compliance.

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Product Development, QA, Compliance, Logistics and Operations teams for seamless order execution.

3. Production Oversight: Monitor and maintain accurate production orders, status reports, and delivery schedules.

4. Documentation Control: Prepare and manage all sales confirmations, schedules and merchandising-related documentation.

5. Supplier Development: Evaluate new suppliers and manage ongoing vendor relationships to establish strategic partnerships.

6. Merchandising: Maintain merchandising records and handle ad-hoc tasks

What We’re Looking for in You:

• Fluent in English and Mandarin;Strong supplier negotiation and communication skills

• Knowledge of European product standards and regulations
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver results under pressure.

• Higher Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline and Minimum 4 years of experience, less experience will be considered as Merchandiser.
