Senior Merchandiser/ Merchandiser (Beauty & Cosmetics)

We are currently seeking talented individuals to support the opening of our 1st Flagship Store in Hong Kong and to manage the merchandising process for beauty products.

What you have to do…

• Negotiate with new vendors for new product listing, promotions, in-store visibility, planogram, trading terms and deliveries for the coming flagship store.
• Possess the ability to engage with vendors, prepare persuasive proposals, and deliver impactful presentations about the flagship store
• Formulate, plan, implement and oversee multiple vendors for Japanese and western beauty brands
• Monitor the inventory level and arrange replenishment to stores
• Prepare sales forecast, projection, market competition and sales analysis reports
• Closely work with sales and operation team and other internal departments to enhance customers' experience and achieve business objectives
• Evaluate the promotion effectiveness and make recommendations
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management

 What we expected…

• Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline with 2-3 years' relevant experience preferably in buying/ merchandise planning/ retail operation
• Relevant working experience in handling various vendors in Beauty / Skin Care / Personal Care/ FMCG is an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken Mandarin, English
• Good command of both spoken and written Japanese or Korean is an advantages
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to handle multi-task
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup), Word and Chinese Word Processing
• Good career development in the beauty industry
• Candidates with less experience will also be considered.
• Immediate available will be highly preferred
