Job Description

Main Duties

  • Lead and manage all merchandising activities for various product categories and oversee the full process from product development, quotation, sampling, production follow-up to final delivery;
  • Proactively source and evaluate suppliers and product opportunities that align with the mission of the Shop and meet the evolving needs of members;
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders across various units to support product development, testing and successful launches;
  • Ensure all products meet quality standard, cost and timeline while maintaining close collaboration with suppliers to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement;
  • Conduct regular purchasing and sales performance analysis to derive insights, drive data-informed decisions and implement smart replenishment plans;
  • Monitor market and category trends to identify product gaps and recommend development of new and innovative product;
  • Collaborate with internal teams on planning, packaging and merchandising strategies to enhance the member shopping experience;
  • Assist in daily operational activities and provide administrative support to committees and related meetings.

 Requirements

  • A minimum of five years’ experience in merchandising, preferably in apparel, accessories, or consumer goods;
  • Proven track record in product sourcing, supplier management, and end-to-end merchandising execution;
  • Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel or other data tools for purchasing and inventory analysis;
  • Excellent negotiation, organisation and communication skills;
  • Able to manage multiple projects and timelines in a dynamic and mission-driven environment;
  • Experience in uniform, outdoor gear or youth-oriented products is a strong advantage;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
