Senior Merchandiser (Garment)

Job Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate with internal department, supplier and stakeholder to follow through the entire merchandising process, from product development, sample approval, material purchase to bulk production
• Provide overseas factory with the proper information and guideline in order to ensure on-timely delivery of quality product
• Able to resolve critical issues arising from merchandising, product planning, material supply, production, quality control and shipment
• Trace the WIP status at the production facilities and prepare management report
• Maintain good relationship and close communication with customer
• Occasional travel to overseas factory is required
• Support ad-hoc activities as required

Job Requirements:

• Solid training of Textiles & Clothing or related disciplines
• Over 8 years working experience in garment industry, with hands-on experience of US & European market and extensive exposure with factory operation
• Meticulous, high integrity, good analytical and problem-solving skill
• Proficiency in MS office and application
• Good command of spoken and written of English and Chinese
• Immediate available or short notice is an advantage
