Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate, plan, implement and oversee market development strategies and sales activities in the assigned industries;
  • Manage the process of strategic account management including terms and conditions negotiation, and strategic relationship building, performance review and business development;
  • Develop and execute sales strategies through both online and off-line channels;
  • Analyze sales trend and relevant analytical reports for sales performance forecast;
  • Conduct market research and provide market intelligence / insights for further sales strategies planning;
  • Manage a team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Business, Marketing, Communications, E-commerce, Project Management or related discipline;
  • 8 - 10 years experience in Account Management, implementation of logistics / supply chain projects;
  • Exceptional influencing and communication skills;
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills, flexible and be able to work under pressure;
  • International exposure/ experience in China is definitely an advantage;
  • Good analytical skills with business acumen, meticulous and strong numeric sense;
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing;
  • Good command in written/spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese is a must).
