Responsibilities

• Provide general office IT support on daily operations;
• Hardware/software, Office electrical appliances setup, maintenance and troubleshooting, database, website, and network support;
• Drupal website / Sales system and Server administration, Active Directory maintenance (add/delete user/group policy);
• IT& AV appliance set up for meetings and events;
• Supporting Microsoft Office 365 & Business Applications;
• Coordinate with vendors on hardware and software purchase/maintenance, project implementation, and follow up;
• organize IT assets, user logins, and project documentation;
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent;
• Experiences with IT support/system administration;
• Experiences with SEO, AWS, and/or VMWare would be an advantage;
• Experiences with AWS is an absolute advantage;
• Possess analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve desktop & laptop, applications, server, hardware, and network issues, etc.;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated, quick learner, strong sense of responsibility.
