Senior IT/AI Specialist

We’re looking for a talented Senior IT/AI Specialist with solid tech/coding skill sets and a good grasp of AI applications to join our team and drive innovation to the next level.

The role

·      Develop and enhance existing digital channels including for Android and IOS platforms;

·      Improve and integrate datasets across digital channels to enhance user experience;

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design features and implement solutions for digital channels;

·      Design, implement, and apply upgrades including AI-powered features such as predictive analytics, personalized user experiences, and intelligent automation;

• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of mobile applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience;
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to take the digital channels to the next level, including AI trends and to derive actionable insights and improve platform capabilities.

Requirement

·       Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related discipline;

·       Familiarity with SQL databases and one or more web libraries/frameworks, e.g. Next.js, Laravel etc;

·       Strong UI/UX design principles;

·       Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and design and proficiency in Kotlin and Swift for native app development;

·       Experience with Go programing language and Backend API;

·       Familiarity with Docker and cloud platforms, such as AWS or Firebase;

·       Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies;

·       Experience with version control systems, such as Git;

·       Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and familiarity with AI/ML libraries and tools;

·       Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;

·       Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet project deadlines is a MUST;

·       Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, especially with inhouse team players;

·       Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software;

·       Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with the latest technologies.
