Human Resources Office

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data collection and compile reports;
  • Maintain accurate HR records and provide regular reports in both Chinese and English on HR metrics;
  • Assist in benchmarking remuneration packages to ensure the College’s competitiveness in attracting talent;
  • Handle HR duties, including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits administration, and payroll;
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support for the department.

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Studies, or equivalent;
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the HR field; experience in Chinese-funded companies or with a Mainland Chinese background is an advantage;
  • Knowledgeable about the HK Employment Ordinance and related regulatory requirements;
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Cantonese/Chinese;
  • Strong sense of responsibility and urgency;
  • Customer-oriented, detail-minded, and a good team player with strong interpersonal skills;
  • Proficient in Office 365, with extensive knowledge of Excel (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables) and AI tools.
