Job Description

Senior Human Resources Officer/Assistant Manager

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and revise HR-related documents, including policies, procedures, handbooks, and communication materials in both English and Chinese.

  • Review, update, and ensure compliance of HR policies and procedures according to current labor regulations and organizational needs.

  • Analyze HR data and prepare regular and ad-hoc reports (e.g., turnover, headcount, training effectiveness, policy compliance).

  • Translate HR documents and communications accurately between English and Chinese while preserving clarity and tone.

  • Support internal audits and HR policy reviews by maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.

  • Collaborate with HR team members and other departments to gather data and insights for reporting and policy development.

  • Arrange staff activity and seek staff benefit

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on policy development and reporting.

  • Strong bilingual writing and editing skills in English and Chinese (written and verbal).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • For more experience’s candidate may appoint as position of Assistant Manager
