Senior Financial Analyst

Job description:

Responsibilities

• Perform and monitor general accounting duties and internal control matters.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties on accounting, operation and business-related matters.
• Process monthly revenue booking, costing and make accrual in month end closing.
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports, with BS reconciliations.
• Process invoicing, accounts receivables and accounts payables.
• Update forecast and perform analysis in actual vs forecast.
• Collaborate with various internal parties to facilitate operation / process efficiency and effectiveness.
• Perform other ad-hoc assignment as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or other related discipline/equivalents.
• Qualified Accountant (e.g. HKICPA, ACCA, etc.) is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting-related work experience, preferably a mix of audit and relevant commercial experience.
• Strong business sense and problem-solving skills, ability to understand and analyse business performance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel application.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Excellent communication skills, proactive and possess drive for continual improvement.
• Analytical mind, attention to details, ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and responsive to daily operational issues.
