Responsibilities

Scope

• Support CRM, Magento, Oracle-related programs and projects ​

• Act as a point of coordination between the CRM Technology team and local business teams in Hong Kong and Taiwan

• Ensure alignment with cross-system integration requirements and design (e.g., CRM, Magento, Oracle)

Project Delivery​

• Project management and business analysis for major implementations​
• Roadmap enhancements and initiatives monitoring ​

On-Going Tasks​

• Execute Data Tasks / Data Quality Review / Completeness​
• Support Incident Resolution​

Change Management & Strategic Initiatives​

• Provide insights of regional business nuances in HK and TW to ensure system-level solutions align with local needs
• Document processes, solutions, and enhancements for knowledge sharing and scalability
• Document training materials and user guides. Implement the “train the trainer” concept​

Drive Adoption

• Measure and track system adoption across all user groups
• Conduct regular adoption assessments and provide detailed analysis to leadership
• Coordinate with department heads to establish adoption goals and timelines
• Execute periodic user proficiency assessments to identify training needs
• Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings to review adoption metrics and address concerns

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in business analysis/requirement gathering/process-driven roles and touching upon project management ​

• Solid experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce.com highly preferred and Certificate in Salesforce or Project management a plus)

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and MNC environment
• Strong analytical skills and keen attention to details
• Good communication skills in both in English and Chinese
