Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the maintenance, security and cleaning services of properties
  • Handle enquiries, complaints and emergency incidents
  • Perform administrative duties

 Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Property and Facility Management or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in property management
  • Good analytical, communication and leadership skills
  • Mature, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Be computer literate in Ms Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
