Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Manager in electrical project execution & tender estimation;
- Liaise and communicate with client, architect, consultant, main contractor and others;
- Supervise subcontractor performance;
- Prepare tenders, job budget, drawing and equipment submission for new projects or A&A works.
Job Requirements:
- Holder of Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Services / Electrical Engineering or equivalent;
- At least 5 years of proven experience in project execution;
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English;
- Knowledge in PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing and AutoCAD.
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer
