Senior Customer Service Executive

Job Requirements:

- At least 5 years of working experience in customer service and logistic field

- Handling daily order processing with customers and suppliers

- Logistic handling of inbound and outbound delivery

- Understanding/Handling of cross-border transportation between China and RCEP countries

- Daily customer service duties

- Invoicing and accounting issues

- Other ad hoc duties as assigned

- Knowledge of order processing software & Office 365

- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

- Immediately available is preferable
