We are now looking for a Senior Business Development Executive, come and be a part of our team!
What You’ll Do
- Proactively identify and capture new business opportunities through outbound activities including cold-calling, pitching, and networking across diverse industries and markets
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting, proposal, negotiation, to closing deals, with a strong focus on new client acquisition
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets in line with the company’s growth objectives
- Build and expand revenue opportunities by upselling to existing clients, while ensuring a strong pipeline of new business
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients and partners, ensuring their evolving needs are well understood and addressed
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to deliver impactful solutions for clients
- Support the team and leaders with operational and strategic initiatives as required
Who You Are
3–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales with strong focus on business development / new client acquisition
- Diploma holder or above preferred
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- A solid track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
Experience in B2B SaaS, international product, or event technology industry is a strong plus
- A hunter mindset with outstanding outbound prospecting skills and a passion for winning new business
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to engage and influence decision-makers
- Highly self-motivated, energetic, and accountable, thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
