We are now looking for a Senior Business Development Executive/ Business Development Manager, come and be a part of our team!
What You'll Do
- Identify and explore new opportunities through outbound activities including but not limited to cold-calling and pitching to prospective clients across multiple segments and markets
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, proposal, negotiation to closing
- Achieve assigned sales targets that align with the Company’s objectives and directions
- Grow account revenue through upselling and maintain a consistent client revenue stream
- Maintain frequent contact and follow-ups with clients and partners to ensure all needs are being met
- Develop and nurture account relationships
- Cooperate with key internal partners such as the Customer Success, and Product and Engineering teammates
Support leaders and the team by completing assigned operational tasks as needed
Who You're
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hybrid B2B sales
- Bachelor Degree holder or above preferred
- Proficiency in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin, and written Chinese and English
- A solid track record of consistently delivering or exceeding sales targets and other relevant KPIs
- Previous engagement in the B2B SaaS international product and event industry would be advantageous
- A high achiever mindset with great outbound skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong passion for learning, growing, and winning together with the team
- High level of self-motivation, energy, and accountability
