As a Senior Analyst Programmer, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions. Leveraging cutting-edge technologies like AWS, MongoDB, TypeScript, and Express.js, you will drive the technical direction for projects and ensure best practices in software development, architecture, and deployment.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs. You’ll also facilitate agile ceremonies like stand-ups, retrospectives, and planning sessions, ensuring the team operates efficiently and adheres to agile principles.

What will you do

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Drive technical direction for projects using AWS, MongoDB, TypeScript, and Express.js.
• Ensure best practices in software development, code quality, and CI/CD processes.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, planning sessions) and ensure the team follows agile principles.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring scalable, secure, and robust architecture.

We are looking for people who possess

• Proven experience (5+ years) in software engineering
• Strong expertise in AWS infrastructure and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in MongoDB, TypeScript, and Express.js.
• Experience with agile methodologies and leading agile teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to mentor and inspire engineers to achieve their best work.
• Previous experience in team management is a plus
• Previous experience in frontend development is a plus
