Senior AI Consultant

We are looking for a right candidate to join our customer’s project. This role reports directly to the Chief Engineer of the SRE & Innovation Team within the CTO Department. The successful candidate will serve as a key representative of the CTO office, driving AI initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Act as the CTO department’s representative to assess the needs of various business units and develop customized AI solutions that enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

• Lead and facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate business users on AI technologies and their practical applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement and evaluate AI-driven projects.

• Analyze large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

• Take ownership of AI projects led by the SRE & Innovation Team, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

• Stay abreast of emerging AI trends and technologies, offering expert guidance on best practices and innovation opportunities.

• Serve as a team lead, managing and mentoring a small group of AI consultants.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience, ideally in AI consulting or a related role.

• Strong expertise in AI technologies, with specialization in one or more domains such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning, Robotics, Predictive Analytics or Generative AI.

• Proficient in programming languages including Python and Java, with hands-on experience using AI frameworks and tools.

• Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Strategic thinker with a strong innovative mindset and problem-solving skills.

• Outstanding communication and project management capabilities.

• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

• Prior experience in the Financial Services Industry (FSI) is a plus.
