Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handling all administrative works and documentary control
- Preparing reports, forms, letters, quotations etc.
- Updating computer record for maintenance clients and contracts
- Follow up the Account Receivable of outstanding payment
- Issuing debit notes
- Supervising clerical staff
- Performing other duties as and when required
Requirements:
- Degree/ Higher Diploma holder in Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in administration field, preferably in lift industry
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
*Fresh graduates will be consideration for Junior position
