Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To provide administrative support to office, including courier arrangement, greeting visitors, order of office / pantry supplies, control of stationery stock and maintenance of office equipment;
  • Review, formulate and implement office administration policies and procedures;
  • Maintain and update administrative reports on a regular basis;
  • Prepare business analytical reports;
  • Interact with all departments on administrative related issues to ensure smooth office operations;
  • Assist in organizing company events and staff activities;
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience gained from sizable organization;
  • Good team player with strong sense of responsibility and commitment;
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese. Proactive with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Sound PC knowledge with excellent MS Office skills;
  • Mature and independent, detail-minded, with initiatives and a positive attitude;
  • Immediately available is an advantage.


Working Location: Kwai Chung
