Senior Accounting Officer (AR)

Job Duties: 

• Monitor accounts receivable performance and perform collection activities

• Analyze various data sources and propose recommendations on workflow and debt collection process

• Cooperate with various internal and external parties for debt collection

• Monitor and proactively follow up on slow moving accounts to identify delinquent debts

• Prepare reports & analysis (e.g. AR aging, DSO) for management review

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies

• Plan and execute course of action to recover outstanding payments

• Ensure credit terms strictly comply with company rules and regulations

• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Finance, Accounting or related discipline

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably experienced in collection and credit management

• Independent, Responsible, detail-minded

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in MS Office applications, experienced in using PowerBI, Tableau is an advantage

• Good commend in both written and spoken English, Chinese
