Job Responsibility
-
Responsible for account receivable and credit control function
-
Maintain the debtor ledger in line with payment terms
-
Prepare support and reminders to customers (internal and external)
-
Provide support on month-end closings and prepare reports
-
Monitor customer account performance to ensure early
-
Assist in process and system implementation
Requirements
-
Bachelor or above in accounting or equivalent
-
At least 3-4 years’ experience in accounting function
-
Proficiency in computer skill (MS office, Chinese Word Processing) and hands-on experience in computerized accounting system preferred
-
Good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin
-
Proactive with excellent interpersonal, organizational & communication skills
-
Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure and meet tight deadlines
