Senior Accounting and HR Officer/AM

We are a dynamic and fast-growing corporate services firm currently undergoing a significant phase of expansion. To support our growth and enhance our business in Hong Kong, we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounting and HR Officer/AM to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full set of accounting tasks independently, including AR, AP, bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and management reporting.
• Handle inventory and stock-taking.
• Oversee and handle payroll calculations, MPF, and employee returns.
• Experience in handling currency exchange will be an advantage.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Higher diploma in Accountancy or other related disciplines
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the retail industry
• Patient, initiative-taking, detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and a strong sense of responsibility
• Immediately available preferred
