(Senior) Account Manager – Smart Office Solution Sales

Responsibilities:

• Explore new sales opportunities, build sustainable and long-term relationships by thoroughly understanding enterprise and corporate customers' business and operational requirements
• Identify customer challenges and requirements, generate new business opportunities and sales leads, and close sales to achieve and exceed revenue targets
• Prepare proposals and conduct solution presentations, demonstrate in-depth knowledge to showcase the applications and benefit of smart workplace solution and extra low voltage solution to customer
• Prepare proposals and conduct solution presentations to executive-level personnel
• Collaborate with internal teams including presales support team, project management team and fulfillment team to ensure successful project delivery, from initial consultation to implementation and after-sales support
• Stay updated on business trends in various industries, IT technology trends, and business optimization processes
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management

Requirements:

• 3 years’ experience in account management or business development, particularly smart office workplace solution, extra low voltage solution and IOT solution
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Aggressive, hardworking, able to work independently, and willing to take on challenges
• Proven track record of archiving sales targets
• Self-motivated and a good team player, with excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
• Interested in and willingness to learn different technologies, such as AI, RPA, , Content Management Solutions, Video Analytics Solutions, Multi-function Printers, Network Infrastructure, etc
• Proficiency in MS Office in preparing sales proposal and presentation materials
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferable
• On-the-job training will be provided
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Account Manager
