Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage large complex accounts; Ensure operation service excellent for their worldwide operations
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of customers’ business, plan the resources appropriately and offer value proposition with viable solutions to meet your customers’ needs
  • Discuss the SOP / KPI with customer and ensure all other cross functional departments understand the customer’s service expectation, execute the SOP requirement full compliance of the process and procedures.
  • Deliver reports based on customer’s requirements.
  • Maintain thorough understanding of dynamic market changes in SCM industry, provide the solutions and equip with knowledge of market intelligences.
  • Implement and manage the effective delivery of key customer programs including communication strategies, customer training, and provide the customer’s reports
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams; liaise with the customers appointed partners and able to establish / sustain strong working relationships across departments or regions
  • Evaluation of the service with key accounts periodically; determine customers’ unmet needs and evaluate it internally for adequate follow up


Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor Degree or above, Business Administration, Logistic management or other relevant disciplines
  • Experience in Infor Nexus is required
  • Computer Proficiency in MS office, Excel, PowerPoint
  • With relevant 5 years experiences in Account Management experiences; logistic industry at least, Candidate with its Operation experiences has its advantageous
  • Strong working knowledge of the SCM industry
  • Able to explain the SOP requirement and operation work flow interactively
