Job Description

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or equivalent
  • 4 years or above secretarial experience in serving senior management
  • Solid experience in calendar management and travel arrangement
  • Experience in general administration support would be an advantage
  • Well-organized, initiative, detail-minded with good communication skills
  • Familiar with MS Office such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese WP
  • Good command of English and conversational Putonghua
  • Immediate available is highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide all-rounded secretarial and administrative support to Executive Director
  • Responsible for diary management and business meetings & conference arrangement
  • Manage travel logistics including hotel reservation, flight booking and expenses claims
  • Support on the preparation of meeting materials & minutes and monthly reports
  • Assist in managing general office administration and organizing company activities
