Job description:
- Support MD with both admin and personal assistant support.
- Handle general service enquiry from customers via phone, email and other platforms.
- Perform office administration and the maintenance of office premises and equipment.
- Assist in marketing event planning, and work with marketing activities.
- Assist in roadshows of investor gathering, such as investment seminar activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to implement company activities.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business related disciplines
Positive attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills, cross team collaboration and team spirit.
Proficient in MS Office application
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Prefer to have 1-2 years relevant working experience in personal assistant or secretarial role but not a must
