Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide a full spectrum of secretarial support to Directors in both business activities and personal matter
  • Organize and manage daily schedule, business appointments and travel itineraries etc
  • Prepare information and documents required by management for meetings, appointments, presentations, events and company activities
  • Liaise with and provide administrative support to other team members in coordination and organization of projects
  • Participate in any ad-hoc assignments as assigned by management
  • Handle expense reporting, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks

Requirements:

  1. Degree or above in finance, accounting, Business administrative
  2. 3-5 years’ working experience in secretarial and personal assistant role for management
  3. With accounting experience is an advantage
  4. Presentable with good interpersonal and communication skill
  5. Well organized, details orientated and able to work independently
  6. Strong analytical skills, good planning and organizing skills with ability to cope with changes
  7. Good interpersonal skills, polite and effective communication skills in both fluently spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  8. Strong PC / Mac skills and proficient in MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
  9. Immediate available is highly preferred
