Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and organising director’s family calendar and schedule of appointments
  • Providing secretarial and administrative support to director in insurance sector
  • Filing of confidential documents and reports
  • Handling general office matters and administrative clerical duties
  • Assisting in other ad hoc works assigned by director

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Proficient in both Cantonese and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Mature mind-set, proactive and detail-minded with independent working attitude
  • Candidate with relevant experience is an advantage
