Secondary English Language Teacher

Job Description:

• Teach Secondary English Language classes and take up pastoral care responsibilities for students of the class

• Provide support to the subject department/ school

• Carry out other job duties assigned by the department/school.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Hold a Bachelor Degree or above in relevant disciplines, preferably with professional qualifications in education;

• Possess relevant teaching experience is highly preferred;

• Possess excellent fluency in English;

• Familiarity with the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) English A and English B, as well as the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme (IBMYP) English A and English B curricula, is a bonus.

• Possessing set skills in Model United Nations (MUN) and debating is advantageous.

• Able to teach multiple subjects is an advantage;

• Passed the Basic Law and National Security Law Test as required by the EDB.
