- Managing all the sales related activity of the company, including sales & quotation to customers
- Input and implement CRM or other related systems
- Respond to customer inquires and provide product information or support as needed
- Update inventory list (daily)
- Provide clerical support to Business Units of the Company
- Handle customer enquiry
- Prepare reports
- Follow and execute any company's operation/business related job tasks as per senior management’s instruction.
- Handle Ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- A proactive, organized and detail-oriented attitude
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing, strong in MS PowerPoint / Keynote
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, proactive and able to work independently
- Immediate availability will be a definite advantage
