職位描述

  • Managing all the sales related activity of the company, including sales & quotation to customers
  • Input and implement CRM or other related systems
  • Respond to customer inquires and provide product information or support as needed
  • Update inventory list (daily)
  • Provide clerical support to Business Units of the Company
  • Handle customer enquiry
  • Prepare reports
  • Follow and execute any company's operation/business related job tasks as per senior management’s instruction.
  • Handle Ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • A proactive, organized and detail-oriented attitude
  •  Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing, strong in MS PowerPoint / Keynote
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, proactive and able to work independently
  • Immediate availability will be a definite advantage
