Sales Support Executive

About the role:
As a Sales Support Executive, you will be an integral part of the sales team, providing essential support to drive the company's success. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and assisting the sales team with various administrative tasks to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What you'll be doing:

• Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
• Assisting with the preparation of sales quotations and sales contracts.
• Processing customer orders and maintaining accurate records.
• Providing product training to customers in different premises (residental, office building, mall, hotel, retail store, medical center, etc.).
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience.

What we're looking for:

• Degree holder in all disciplines.
• 2-3 years working experience.
• Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Immediate available is high preferable.
