BERNDES KUECHE LIMITED
We are the regional office of Berndes, a German Cookware brand, which manufacture & distribute high quality cookware within the Asia Pacific region. To support our business expansion in Asia Pacific region, we are now seeking for high caliber talents to join our company and grow with us.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for receiving goods into warehouse and store replenishment
- Managing product storage, stocktaking and allocation
- Monitoring and managing inventory levels to ensure accuracy and prevent stockouts or overstocking
- Logistics arrangement with forwarder, warehouse and retail stores
- Operating ERP for data entry, tracking and report generation
- Reconcile month end report /statement from stores and prepare invoice
- Reconcile inventory record with warehouse and retail stores
- Other ad hoc support to the team
Requirements:
- Matriculated or higher with 2 years experience in retail industry
- Good understanding on the operations in department store preferable
- Initiative, responsible and with strong people skills
- Strong character with good communication, interpersonal & analytical skills
- Good command of spoken & written English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
