Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Reporting to Market leader
2. Achieve sales target and KPI through aggressive and sustainable sales approach, enhance and develop business opportunities
3. Identifying strengths and weaknesses to target opportunities through sales data analysis, deliever deep involvement with individuals of sales team, understanding distributor needs, and proposing feasible solutions in a timely manner through market visits
4. Provide coaching and supports to enable distributors to better develop their own markets and get success in business by necessary means, e.g. face-to-face communications, trainings and meetings, related supporting materials etc
5. Manage the cycle of implementation of the sales plans, including follow-up, inspection and review for an improvement plan
6. Be a key player in organizing different kinds of activities in or out of the office
7. Strengthen and build strong relationship with distributors and different teams
8. Coordinate with HQ on various issues including but not limited to product training, business training, incentives, or other sales-oriented activities, etc.
9. Perform other ad-hoc projects as requested
Requirements:
1. Degree holder, 3 years’ proven experience or above in sales or account management experience
2. Strong business data anaytical capability, sensitive to data, strong logic thinking and good at observation, enabling a comprehensive evaluation of both qualitatively and quantitatively
3. Responsible and independent, able to build up work relations with internal and external parties quickly
4. Good command in spoken, written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
5. Excellent at communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; self-initiative and initiative to people
6. Familiar with the direct sales industry or e-commerce and having relevant experience will be an advantage
7. Occasional travel is neccessary (low frequency)
